Those using Mozilla Firefox may wish to install Jaap Haitsma's "ReloadEvery" extension. This will allow you to automatically reload a web page (for example, this message board) every so many seconds or minutes: http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=115&vid=270&category= (With Opera, this feature is built-in.)
