I agree with your categorization of the questions "Yummy" listed, with the exception of #2 and #3, which I think are more likely to be "symptomatic" questions (discussed at p. 106 of the 3rd ed. of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector.)

I was wondering if someone could label these questions if they are control questions or relevant questions. These are polygraph questions given out at a police department back east and I just want to know when I should use countermeasures. Now, these questions aren't asked in this order, but I just want to know on what questions should I use countermeasures on.
1. Is your last name ______ ?
2. Do you believe me when I tell you I won't ask any other questions, other then the ones we have gone over?
3. Are you worried that there is a question that I would ask?
4. Have you ever stolen something before?
5. Up until the age 18...have you ever cheated on something?
6. Have you ever lied to someone, to make yourself appear better though their eyes?
7. Does your illegal drug usage exceed from what you have told me?
8. Have you ever lied to an authority figure before?
9. Have you ever lied to a loved one before?
10. Have you ever transported or been the middleman of a drug transaction?
There are more, but I can't think of them now. Any help anyone can give me on this would be great! Thanks!
