No. From what i've learned the CVSA, like polygraph, measures CHANGES in your voice tone and quality. G.A.D. wouldn't really have much to do with that. Perhaps your voice always sounds more "anxious" than the average bear - perhaps - but that won't affect the test. 

Does the department you're applying to know you have G.A.D.?
