If you reveal at this point that your original SF86 information was incorrect, particularly in the drug area, you are likely setting yourself up for some problems, and I suspect your lifestyle polygrapher will go to town on you. I think you are better off going through the lifestyle poly, denying any accusations, and staying consistent with your SF86. I don't know how they would handle an official lifestyle poly failure.
If you had reported your drug use on your SF86 and if it was fairly minor (say limited to marijuana) and not recent compared to your signing the SF86, I suspect you would have been fine. If it was recent, you probably wouldn't have been fine (see my personal statement on the website for an example of what I mean). In any case, good luck.

I currently have a TS/SCI with CI poly. I think I will be asked to take a lifestyle poly in the near future. What happens if I fail the lifestyle portion. Do i get to keep my clearance or does my access get revoked?
Secondly, would admitting that I lied on my SF86 automatically DQ me? I said I had never done drugs which is no far from the truth, 3-4 times. So i should have just told them and been ok. Am I screwed now?
