I suppose that if polygraphs really work, this may very well spell the end of cases like Hanssen's. We'll see.

I hate to announce but the same thing is happening here in Canada. The RCMP are going to implement the poly in their hiring. Apparently the RCMP are not any smarter than the FBI. They are already hurting for applicants yet they are going to implement a system that will see approximately 50% (to qoute numbers from the LAPD) of their applicants DQ'd. Wonders never cease to amaze me.
