PapaBlueMarlin, Considering that DNA matching is only 99.7% accurate, why not defer to the 100% accurate polygraph test

Yeah, I also liked the fact that sometimes polygraphing was used as an alternative to DNA testing. Real amusing...

Intriguing. Here's an area for someone to do a PhD thesis on, review rape and paternity cases where poly's were given and physical evidence preserved to test the validity of polygraph results. This would take a lot of legwork but could be valuable as genetic tests have taken the uncertainty out of paternity and many rapes.
