I look forward to working with you to expose polygraphy for the fraud that it is.

Could you tell us more about your friend's case? Were the polygraph results admitted as evidence in a court of law? Or was he in a post-conviction polygraph program and found to be in violation of parole/probation on the basis of polygraph results?

Is there a written record of the threat by the court to add time to your friend's sentence if he continues to question the accuracy of the polygraph test (e.g., a hearing transcript or written order)?

My best friend was recently accused of a crime that he didn't commit.  The court here in Oregon offered him a polygraph "test" as an opportunity to vindicate himself.

The polygraph indicated that he was guilty though he had proof that he did not commit the crime that he was accused of.  As a result of the polygraph results, my best friend was put into jail where he remains.

He has provided evidence of the inaccuracies of the polygraph "test" but the court has simply threatened to add additional time to his sentence if he continues to question the accuracy of the polygraph test.

Because of this, I am making it my personal mission to see the polygraph scam exposed so this miscarriage of justice will never be repeated!
