Well hell I may as well jump in on a late thread.  You're all asking the wrong questions and placing a comforting hand on this guys shoulder.  Maybe we should be asking a few more questions.  You're telling me he was convicted for shooting a squirt gun and the charges involved lewd behavior!  He's obviously skipping over some relevant points in his story.  Like, what was in the squirt guns?  Good thing we've got the polygraph to blame on this poor souls woes.

Onyx, you are getting some good advice here from people that care about correcting the situation you find yourself in.

Never make decisions in anger. They are too often regretted.  Passion is operative when making love, but can be used to destroy you making war.

Not much I can really add to George's, XXX's and "Fair Chance's" advice.  Unlike me, they have walked in those shoes - though not to the degree you have.

Please, calm down, let your wave of anger go.  There are many more productive and permanent ways to correct your unjust situation.

Violence done in the name of antipolygraph would be against anything that I would stand for on this website.  I will die for your right to express yourself and your views.  I will protect you from the bigoted threats of others.  I cannot protect you from the angry thoughts in your mind and soul.  Please find forgiveness in your heart for those who have wronged you and use this power to effect change.

You are correct, polygraph testing is flawed. However, that being said, I urge you to exercise caution with regard to such a threatening post. Any such statement could easily be taken completely out of context.   
 
Be advised, your "IP address" is recorded every time you log on to this [or any other] website. With a court ordered subpoena, the website administrator "George/Gino" could be ordered by a court to turnover the website "IP" log to a number of various Federal/State/Local LE agencies that may express interest in your threats. 
 
In case you are not aware, "most" polygraph examiners are Federal/State/County Law Enforcement Employee's as well as LE Investigators.   
 
I wouldn't be threatening any of them with violence as you have demonstrated here.

Violence is no solution to the various problems associated with polygraphy, and calls for such are not welcome on AntiPolygraph.org. I hope that you only suggested what you did in a moment of anger, and that upon reflection you will agree that what you have suggested is deeply wrong.

There are better ways to hold polygraphers accountable for misconduct, for example, by documenting and publicizing polygrapher misconduct and reporting it to any appropriate authorities.

Polygraph "testing" is indeed witch doctory, and it is wrong that any decisions regarding your probation should be made on the basis of such nonsense. AntiPolygraph.org seeks to put an end to such abuses through strictly legal means. I hope you'll consider joining us in this endeavor.
