I am reading the post and some are saying dont read it and others are go and read it. Will educating myself by reading what goes on along with countermeasures help me or give me a false positive? Regarding the Relevant/Irrelevant "test," see Chapter 3 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector. A "consistent, specific, and significant" reaction to any relevant question, absent an explanation that the polygrapher deems adequate, may result in disqualification of an applicant.

Just wanted more info about this type of test to try to determine if this was the kind of test they gave me at Broward Sheriffs Office, if it was a R/I test how is it graded if you miss 4 questions out of 18 do you automatically fail. Just wanting more info...Mended
