YES, I DID TEST IN RIVERSIDE, CA. THEY TOLD ME I CAN NEVER TEST FOR THEM AGAIN SO I'M NOW TRYING CHP'S. I'M A LITTLE UNCLEAR ABOUT WHO I AM SUPPOSED TO SEND MY APPEAL TO. I'D LIKE TO HEAR WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE WRITTEN IN THEIR LETTERS. I WILL DEFINITELY REQUEST MY RECORDS.

You'll find suggestions for how to go about appealing the polygraph result in Chapter 5 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector. One key point is that your appeal should be in writing, and sent by certified, return receipt mail so that you'll have proof that it was received.
If the Riverside Co. you mention is the one in California, then you may also wish to file a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request for all documention regarding your polygraph examination. If you go to AntiPolygraph.org's FOIA page and scroll to the bottom, you'll find examples of CPRA requests that we've filed for polygraph documentation.
