Omaha city officials said the incident has been investigated.<\/p><p>Now the NAACP and Brown say the city&#8217;s response is not enough.<\/p><p>&#8220;We should do all we can to find that person and punish that person no matter what the cost,&#8221; Brown said.<\/p><p>Brown plans to introduce a resolution at the next council meeting.
