One was valued at $3,910, and the other at $4,009.25, according to a report from River Park Square manager Bob Robideaux to the Public Parking Development Authority board of directors.<\/p><p>According to that report, the theft was discovered July 1.<\/p><p>Nine employees were given polygraph tests.
