Paul Carpenter failed to show up Thursday for a scheduled polygraph examination, a sheriff&#8217;s deputy said.<\/p><p>Bruce Koklich of Lakewood was supposed to take the examination at 9 a.m at the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department&#8217;s Scientific Service Bureau at 2020 W. Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles, said Deputy David Cervantes.<\/p><p>&#8220;He wanted the questions to the test yesterday.
