Excerpt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>A FORMER civilian agent, who accused Panfilo &#8220;Ping&#8221; Lacson of masterminding a destabilization plot against the Macapagal administration, last night challenged the senator-elect and his proteg\u00e9s to undergo a lie detector test to determine who was telling the truth.<\/p><p>The agent, identified only as Ador, a confessed participant in the kidnappings allegedly staged by the defunct Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force (PAOCTF), said he wanted Lacson and Senior Superintendents Cesar Mancao and Michael Rey Aquino to undergo the polygraph test with him.<\/p><p>&#8220;I want the test done in the same venue and if possible using the same machine to determine who is lying,&#8221; Ador told the INQUIRER.<\/p><p>In a 23-page affidavit, Ador claimed Lacson had ordered the abduction of high-profile businessmen and personalities who played key roles in the ouster of then President Joseph Estrada.<\/p><p>He said the senator also ordered the assassination of prominent people, including Vice President Toefisto Guingona, former Ilocos Gov. Luis &#8220;Chavit&#8221; Singson and Ombudsman Aniano Desierto.<\/p><p>Lacson has denied knowing Ador, saying the PAOCTF had no record that the whistleblower had worked for his group.<\/p><p>Ador will likely take the lie detector test this morning if the authorities holding him in custody are allowed to borrow a polygraph machine from the National Bureau of Investigation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cathy Ca\u00f1ares and Christian V.
