The document, marked &#8220;For Official Use Only&#8221; and titled &#8220;Credibility Assessment Program&#8221; is <a href=\"https:\/\/antipolygraph.org\/documents\/DIAI5200.002-2014-07-03.pdf\">DIA Instruction 5200.002<\/a> dated 3 July 2014.
