Williams was <a href=\"https:\/\/antipolygraph.org\/blog\/2014\/01\/28\/doug-williams-goes-public-on-his-attempted-entrapment-and-raid-by-federal-agents\/\">targeted for entrapment<\/a> by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection polygraph unit in a sting operation dubbed <a href=\"https:\/\/antipolygraph.org\/blog\/tag\/operation-lie-busters\/\">Operation Lie Busters<\/a>. In a 2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150710013111\/http:\/\/www.mcclatchydc.com\/news\/special-reports\/insider-threats\/article24752116.html\">speech to law enforcement polygraphers<\/a>, John R.
